Job summary

ATAIN in Bengaluru is seeking candidates for a BPO/contact center role. The position requires willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shifts environment, including night shifts, and will involve interfacing with customers, clients, and vendors while escalating issues to supervisors.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree or are undergraduate dropouts with at least 6 months BPO or travel exposure, possess excellent written and spoken English, and have strong computer skills to perform

Job Responsibility:
