Job summary

ATAIN in Bengaluru seeks dynamic individuals for its contact center operations. The role involves interacting with customers, vendors, and clients, handling inquiries, and participating in training to improve satisfaction.

Evening and night shifts are part of the blended environment. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or be undergraduates, freshers welcome with up to 6 months BPO experience, and strong written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Fresher with up to 6 months BPO/travel experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize computer screens effectively to assist customers.
• Interface with customers, clients and vendors; escalate concerns to supervisory staff as needed.
• Attend training sessions to improve client satisfaction, information handling and job performance.
• Adhere to all company and contact center policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks assigned by Management.

Job Responsibility

• Understands the various computer screens and how to utilize them effectively
• Interfaces with customers, clients and vendors, and escalates areas of concern to the appropriated supervisory staff
• Attends assigned training sessions for further improvement in client and customer satisfaction, client information and job performance
• Adheres to all company and specific Contact Center policies and procedures
• Completes any work as assigned by Management
