Bct Consulting in Chennai is seeking an experienced IT recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple IT domains. You will source, screen, interview, and negotiate offers while performing market mapping and tracking recruitment metrics to meet tight timelines.

The role requires managing multiple IT requirements in a fast-paced environment, including niche technology hiring and contract-to-hire arrangements, to deliver quality profiles on schedule.

Competenze

• 2-7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market mapping, and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple IT requirements and meet defined hiring TATs.
• Experience in fast-paced recruitment and delivering quality profiles within timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• 2 -7 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, talent mapping, market mapping, and recruitment metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple IT requirements simultaneously and meet defined hiring TATs.
• Strong ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment and deliver quality profiles within timelines.

Ideal Candidate

• 47 years of IT recruitment experience with strong end-to-end hiring expertise.
• Mandatory experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and niche technology hiring.
• Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation.
• Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring talent across diverse IT domains, including Software Development, QA/Testing, Cloud, Infrastructure, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering, AI/ML, SAP, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring timelines.
