The role involves coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle, including postings, screening, interviews, and negotiations, while building a robust candidate network.

The candidate should own the delivery, understand tech skills, and maintain pipelines for future sourcing, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
• Take responsibility and ownership for the complete delivery.
• Develop sourcing and screening strategies for core skillsets as per the client needs.
• Own-up and build good rapport/relationship with the shortlisted candidates through out the process.
• Clear understanding of requirements and build pipelines for future sourcing.
• Understand the matching skills/capabilities/aspirations of the tech talents.
