Job summary

Shree Raj Castech Pvt. Ltd. in Rajkot, Gujarat, is seeking an HR role to manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and compliance across factories and labour standards. You will coordinate with agencies, institutes, and contractors, ensure proper documentation, and handle worker queries with timely resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have basic HR knowledge, strong communication, and ability to adapt to new tools and systems. Proficiency in MS Office and email is expected.

• Coordinate with local employment agencies, technical institutes, and labor contractors.
• Onboarding: Joining experience, documentation completion rate.
• Manage workers attendance payroll data & Leave Record.
• Handle Salary Processing & wages.
• Oversee employee Colony /accommodation management.
• Handle worker issues, Query resolution time.
• Maintain HR Record & Compliance Labour Laws, policies (Factories Act, PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, etc.).
• Employee Support: Query resolution time.
• Compliance: Proper record keeping, statutory documentation.
• Engagement: Participation in HR activities.
• Discipline & Grievance.
