Job summary

Ameya Finishing Solution seeks a Logistics Head for CED Coatings to oversee material management, finished goods dispatch, and strategic coordination with transporters and customers. The role ensures timely, damage-free deliveries and strict FIFO warehouse controls.

Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge of fleet management, safety regulations, and inventory control, and will coordinate loading/unloading within required timeframes to achieve 100% delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Raw Material & Chemical Management including inventory and storage of coating chemicals, resins, pigments, and demineralized water.
• Manage Finished Goods & Dispatch ensuring safe handling, packaging, and outbound transport of coated metallic components against damage and corrosion.
• Coordinate with external transporters and tier-1/OEM automotive clients for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Control warehouse operations, shop-floor staging, and FIFO accuracy to maintain stock integrity.

Must Role & responsibilities

Logistics Head in CED Coatings

• Raw Material & Chemical Management: Oversees inventory and storage of specialized coating chemicals, resins, pigments, and demineralized water.
• Finished Goods & Dispatch: Manages safe handling, specialized packaging, and outbound transport of coated metallic components without transit damage or corrosion.
• Vendor & Fleet Coordination: Coordinates with external transporters and tier-1/OEM automotive clients for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Warehouse Operations: Controls shop-floor staging areas, FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory rules for chemicals, and stock accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must posses a good knowledge of fleet management/ safety regulations/ FIFO

He must be proactive and Must work Closely and coordinate with customers and PPC timely to maintain enough stock for dispatches/ Coordinate with Logistics executive for loading/unloading the material within required time frame , Must be capable to cater and perform to meet 100% delivery performance
