• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
• Make certain that clients needs are met as the project evolves.
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Director and Manager, keeping them informed of progress, issues, and solutions related to logistics and delivery.
• Handle communications with external suppliers.
• Ensuring Timely Dispatch.
• Managing the inward and outward dispatches.
• Creating and sharing reports with the management.
• Plan and supervise delivery schedule, delivery run sheets.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and distribution of products.
