Job summary

Ameya Finishing Solution is seeking a PPC Head to lead production planning and optimize coating line processes at our Talegaon facility. The role requires strong manpower handling and coordination across production, process, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.

Ideal candidates will be result-oriented, innovative, and comfortable taking on challenging targets to ensure smooth operations and adherence to automotive/industrial standards.

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: align coating line with customer demands and dispatch targets.
• Process Flow Optimization: coordinate material flow from pretreatment to curing without bottlenecks.
• Inventory Management: monitor raw materials to prevent downtime.
• Capacity Utilization: balance line loading and batch sizes for maximum output.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: work with QC, maintenance, and shop-floor supervisors.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities of a PPC Head in CED Coating

• Production Scheduling: Aligning the coating line schedule with customer demands, assembly timelines, and dispatch targets.
• Process Flow Optimization: Coordinating material movement from pretreatment stages straight through the electro-deposition tanks and curing ovens without bottlenecks.
• Inventory Management: Monitoring raw material levels such as paint chemicals, demineralized water, and phosphating agents to prevent downtime.
• Capacity Utilization: Balancing line loading, batch sizes, and jig/fixture arrangements to maximize plant output and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Working closely with quality control (QC), maintenance, and shop-floor supervisors to meet strict automotive or industrial standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have thorough knowledge of the process, Manpower handling and utilization. He must work as a Team leader and maintain a good level of coordination between the entire teams like production/ process/ quality/ logistics/ maintenance.
