Job summary

Talent Seed Hr Services in Pune district seeks a supply chain leader to oversee a team of about 30 third-party logistics resources, driving safety and sustainability, and ensuring 100% process and audit compliance.

You will set up checks from gate entry to point of use, coordinate production plans to ensure material availability, manage scrap and waste, and lead audits (ISO/IATF). Strong SAP/EWM knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large logistics/3PL teams.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and SAP/EWM experience.
• Strong audit/compliance mindset and cost-control focus.

• Coordination for production plan to ensure 100% material availability on line with model mix.
• Rejection/Scrap Control and Scrap Movement
• Legal/compliance requirement w.r.t hazardous waste management.
• Lead Internal and external Audit requirement ( ISO / IATF champion ).
• Governing the inventory function to curtail inventory-holding expenses and ensuring adherence to the minimum inventory level to minimize wastage.
• Sound exposure of vendor agreement and contracts.
• Control Overhead cost and drive cost saving initiatives.

Technical Competencies

Goods inward, storage and line supply

Sap Sound knowledge of warehouse related Business process and TCode. Knowledge of EWM will be preferred.
