Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is conducting a Fresher Walk-In Drive for Customer Support Executive (Voice) in Noida (Sector 60). The role involves handling inbound queries from US/UK customers, requiring excellent verbal and written communication. Two-way cabs are available, and graduates with freshers’ status are invited to apply.

Not eligible: B.Tech/MTech/BCA/MCA, etc. Selected candidates will join as Customer Service Executive (Fresher) and work onsite in Noida, with emphasis on first-call

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
• Empathetic and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Freshers in US/UK inbound calling preferred in Banking domain.

Responsibilities

• Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
• Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
• Follow escalation procedures for issues not resolvable at agent level; ensure first-call resolution.
• Maintain break schedule adherence.
• Participate in motivational activities and apply feedback from monitoring sessions.
• Update various logs such as escalation log and complaint tracker; ensure data security.
