Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is conducting a virtual interview drive for a Customer Care Representative-Fresher position in the Delhi NCR/Noida area. The role involves handling inbound calls from US/UK clients, delivering customer service per client guidelines, and maintaining data security.

Fresh graduates or undergraduates are eligible; BE/BTech, MTech, BCA and MCA are not eligible. Two way cabs are provided for commuting. Interview timing is today; candidates from Delhi NCR are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - with professional telephone etiquette.
• Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Freshers in US/UK inbound calling, preferably in Banking domain.

Responsibilities
