HCL Technologies Limited is seeking a Customer Service Executive - Fresher to handle inbound customer queries from US/UK clients. This role requires strong communication, empathy, and a customer-first mindset, with interview timings conducted via Microsoft Teams in Noida.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or undergraduates (except certain degrees) who can join promptly. The position is based at the Noida location with two-way cab facilities and a focus on quality service and data security.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional telephone etiquette.
• Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service.
• Freshers in US/UK inbound calling, preferably in Banking domain.

Responsabilidades

• Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
• Adhere to processes to ensure high quality customer service.
• Follow escalation procedures for issues external to agent control; strive for first-call resolution.
• Maintain break schedule adherence.
• Participate in motivational activities and act on feedback.
• Update logs such as escalation log and complaint tracker.
• Ensure data security and protect customer proprietary information.
