Job summary

Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, is hiring for International Voice Support (UK Telecom Process) in Bangalore.

You will handle UK telecom customer interactions via voice, resolve queries, document interactions, and strive to meet performance targets while delivering high-quality service. Freshers and experienced candidates with excellent English (verbal) and basic computer skills are encouraged to apply; shifts are rotational with week offs.
