Job summary

MALABAR GOLD & DIAMONDS is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for the corporate office in Mumbai. You will source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates, coordinate with managers, manage offers, onboarding, and background verification, and maintain candidate databases and MIS.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years in corporate hiring, a proactive approach, and a strong emphasis on candidate experience and process adherence.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in corporate hiring.

• Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the Corporate Office by attracting and hiring quality talent within defined timelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower planning and recruitment execution.
• Manage offer rollouts, candidate negotiations, joining formalities, and background verification.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and candidate databases.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with recruitment partners.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment SOPs and internal processes.
