Job summary

Prem Green is seeking an experienced E-Commerce / Marketplace Manager to drive growth on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart and related quick‑commerce channels. You will manage listings, pricing, inventory, orders, returns and marketplace performance while coordinating with Digital Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to interpret GMV, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS and profitability to identify

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management.
• Strong knowledge of major marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in sales growth, marketplace strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalogue management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Good understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and profitability.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and growth targets
• Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, JioMart, and quick- commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, returns, andmarketplace performance.
• Drive sales growth through marketplace promotions, offers, visibility, and conversion optimization
• .Analyse sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, profitability, and other key performance metrics to identifygrowth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Digital Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Product, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
• Plan and monitor inventory to ensure product availability and minimize stock-outs and excessinventory.
• Coordinate with marketplace partners and agencies to resolve operational issues and improveperformance.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and new growthinitiatives.
• Prepare regular MIS, dashboards, and performance reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 to 7 years of hands‑on experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management
• .Strong knowledge of major marketplaces and e-commerce operations.
• Experience in sales growth, marketplace strategy, pricing, promotions, and catalogue management
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Good understanding of e-commerce metrics such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and profitability
• Strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and priorities independently.

Preferred

• Experience in the Beauty & Personal Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry will be strongly preferred.
