Job summary

Talent Corner Hr Services is recruiting for a marketplace management role based in Pune. You will own seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces, enhancing product content and visibility while driving revenue.

You will run ads, monitor ACOS/ROAS, manage inventory and pricing strategies, and work with design, production and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and growth across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing seller accounts on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho.
• Experience using AI tools for listing content, creatives, research and analysis is a mandatory requirement.
• Hands-on experience running marketplace advertising with understanding of ACOS/ROAS.
• Working knowledge of marketplace seller panels including catalog upload, inventory and orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brands storefronts and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
• Create and optimise product listings, titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images and content to improve visibility and conversion.
• Set up and optimise marketplace advertising, track ACOS/ROAS, and adjust spend to hit targets.
• Handle day-to-day marketplace coordination, order processing, returns, pricing updates and catalog health.
• Monitor inventory levels across marketplaces and coordinate with warehouse/production to prevent stockouts and excess storage.
• Track competitor pricing and marketplace benchmarks; recommend pricing, offers and promotions.
• Utilise AI tools for listing copywriting, image creation, keyword research and performance reporting.
• Maintain reporting hygiene by marketplace and report revenue, growth and issues weekly.
• Coordinate with design, production/warehouse and finance teams for listings, replenishment and settlement reconciliation.
• Aim for monthly/quarterly revenue growth across all channels.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and grow the Companies brand storefronts and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces as onboarded.
• Create and optimise product listings titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, images and A+/enhanced content to improve search visibility and conversion.
• Set up, run and optimise marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads and similar), tracking ACOS/ROAS and adjusting spend to hit targets.
• Handle day-to-day marketplace coordination order processing, returns and claims, pricing updates, catalogue health, account health and policy compliance.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels across all marketplaces in coordination with the warehouse/production team to prevent stockouts and excess storage fees.
• Track competitor pricing, category trends and marketplace benchmarks; recommend pricing, offers and promotional strategy.
• Use AI tools for listing copywriting, image/creative generation, keyword and trend research, sales/performance analysis, ads management and reporting.
• Maintain reporting hygiene track sales, ad spend, ACOS/ROAS, returns and inventory by marketplace; report weekly on revenue, growth and key issues.
• Coordinate with design, production/warehouse and finance teams for listing content, stock replenishment and marketplace settlement reconciliation.
• Achieve the monthly/quarterly eCommerce revenue growth target across all marketplace and quick commerce channels.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or similar marketplaces.
• Practical, demonstrable, hands‑on experience with AI tools for listing content, creatives, research and analysis this is a mandatory requirement for the role.
• Hands‑on experience running Amazon PPC/Ads and/or other marketplace advertising, with a clear understanding of ACOS/ROAS.
• Working knowledge of marketplace seller panels — Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel — including catalogue upload, inventory and order management.
• Understanding of marketplace account health, policy compliance, and dispute/claims handling.
• Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets for sales, inventory and ad performance reporting.
• Good written English for listing content, product descriptions and customer/marketplace communication.
• Good to have: prior exposure to quick commerce platforms, cross-border/export eCommerce, Canva or Photoshop skills, and experience launching new marketplace or category channels.
