IntouchCX in Hyderabad is seeking energetic Customer Service Associates to join our International Chat Process team. You will be the primary contact for customers, resolving concerns through chat interactions and delivering a seamless service experience.

Ideal candidates have strong written English, good problem‑solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 6 months' experience and a high school diploma are required.

• Excellent written English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
