• Understand job requirements and technical skill sets from hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

• Negotiate salary, manage offers, and ensure candidate closure

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, Frontend, SAP, Solution Architect, etc.
• Extensive hands‑on experience with job portals (Naukri, indeed, Monster, etc.) and LinkedIn sourcing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Proven experience in offer management and candidate closure
• Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheet.
