Banaraswala Wire Mesh is seeking a proactive sales coordinator to manage customer inquiries and drive order fulfilment from quotation to delivery. The role involves multi-channel communication, document preparation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely responses and smooth dispatch.

The candidate will maintain records, generate regular MIS reports, and support the sales team with daily operations, ensuring accurate customer data and efficient order processing.

Qualifications

• Experience handling customer enquiries through multiple channels.
• Ability to prepare and send quotations and sales documents.
• Strong coordination with internal teams to fulfil orders.

Responsabilités

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
• Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices and sales documents.
• Follow up with customers for quotations, purchase orders and order confirmations.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, Planning, Dispatch, Accounts and Logistics teams.
• Track customer orders and provide regular updates on delivery schedules.
• Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, orders and customer details.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS reports.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments and customer requirements.
• Update customer and sales information in ERP/CRM/Excel.
• Support the sales team with documentation and day-to-day coordination.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order execution.
• Provide after-sales coordination and customer support when required.
