Job summary

Panda Retail in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support professional to handle end-to-end customer interactions, understand needs, communicate offers, and support conversion.

The role covers after-sales service, CRM, stock coordination, floor presentation, feedback collection, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless service and repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products; communicate offers and promotions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, warranty and service requests.
• Maintain customer database and conduct follow-up calls/messages.
• Listen to customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the manager.
• Check product availability and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Ensure products are displayed properly with price tags and signage.
• Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.
• Track service follow-ups for repairs, deliveries and warranty cases.
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, offers, warranty and service procedures.
• Maintain complaint registers and service reports.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Coordinate with Sales, Store Operations, Service, Warehouse and Finance teams.

• 1. Sales Target vs AchievementUnderstand customer requirements and recommend suitable products; communicate offers and promotions; support conversion and generate sales opportunities; follow up with prospective customers
• 2. Customer Service / After-Sales ServiceHandle customer queries, complaints, returns, exchanges, warranty and service requests; provide timely information; coordinate with service/sales teams; follow up until closure
• 3. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain customer database; record customer interactions and concerns; conduct follow-up calls/messages; inform customers about offers, product availability and service updates
• 4. Complaint & Escalation ManagementListen to customer concerns, identify the root cause, provide appropriate solutions and escalated complex issues to the concerned manager/team
• 5. Stock ControlCheck product availability based on customer requirements; coordinate for stock replenishment/transfers; report stock-outs, damages and discrepancies
• 6. Floor Display & Visual StandardsEnsure products are properly displayed; maintain price tags, promotional signage and customer information; identify gaps in display and coordinate corrective action
• 7. Customer Feedback & InsightsCollect customer feedback regarding products, services and store experience; identify recurring concerns and share insights with management
• 8. Service Follow-UpTrack pending service, repair, replacement, delivery and warranty cases; regularly update customers and coordinate with relevant departments
• 9. Product & Process KnowledgeMaintain knowledge of products, features, pricing, offers, warranty terms, return policies and service procedures
• 10. Reporting & DocumentationMaintain complaint registers, customer interaction records, service reports and daily/weekly MIS; ensure all cases are properly documented
• 11. Customer Retention & LoyaltyFollow up with existing customers, inform them about new products/offers and encourage repeat visits; support loyalty/CRM initiatives
