• Assist in generating offers, quotations, proformas invoices, sales orders, sales invoices, and other documents as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production planning) to ensure seamless order execution and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders processed, and payment status.
