Job summary

Jobgenix is seeking an International Voice Process professional for immediate joining at Electronic City, Bangalore. The role requires excellent communication and handling international customer queries via cloud-based tools with a 24/7 rotational shift.

Minimum 6 months of International BPO Voice Process experience is required, with preference for candidates familiar with US/UK processes. Cab facility available up to 30 KM for commuting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Voice Process.
• Experience in US/UK processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer enquiries using cloud-based tools.
• Review accounts and research policies to provide solutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service.
