Job summary

Bk Printpack Innovations in India is seeking a motivated female candidate for a Customer Coordination role. You will follow up on orders, liaise with customers on requirements and delivery schedules, and maintain accurate order and PO records.

The ideal candidate has MBA and experience in customer coordination, sales coordination, order management or manufacturing/packaging, and will coordinate with production, stores, dispatch and accounts to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with an MBA qualification.
• Candidates with experience in customer coordination, sales coordination, order management or manufacturing/packaging will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding orders and POs.
• Coordinate with customers for order requirements and delivery schedules.
• Maintain and update order, PO and customer records.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Dispatch and Accounts teams.
• Ensure timely stock entry and order status updates.
• Follow up on pending orders, material availability and dispatches.
• Share regular order and dispatch updates with customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve routine issues through proper coordination.
• Prepare daily/weekly order and pending-status reports.
• Maintain proper documentation of POs, orders, stock and dispatches.
• Follow up for delivery confirmation and customer feedback.
