Job summary

Vimson Coatings Pvt Ltd in Nashik is seeking a Back Office Sales Co-ordination professional. Responsibilities include converting POs into sales orders, coordinating with production, collecting payments, and maintaining strong customer communication to foster relationships.

You will draft POs, follow up with customers and channel partners, and engage in lead generation for regional sales growth. A graduate with good English, Hindi and Marathi is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

Back Office Sales Co-ordination. Making Sales Orders from PO received from Customers and assigning it to production department, Payment Collections by drafting mails, sending Messages and making phone calls, Customer interaction for enhancing business relations, Lead generations and assigning to Sales person of that regions. Drafting POs and follow up with customers and channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate having good communication skills, having good command on English, Hindi and Marathi for dealing with Domestic and Export Clients, Having knowledge of drafting good professional mails
