We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales orders, dispatch planning, customer communication, logistics coordination, and ensuring timely execution of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales order punching and processing in ERP system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for order approvals.
• Follow up with Production team regarding order status and material readiness.
• Coordinate dispatch planning and execution with dispatch team.
• Share dispatch schedules, LR copies, and dispatch documents with customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and transport vendors for timely deliveries.
• Maintain sales order records, dispatch records, and MIS reports.
• Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Production, Dispatch, Accounts, and Customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide order status updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Service, Order Processing, or Dispatch Coordination.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Engineering, Chemicals, Rubber, Packaging, or Auto Component industries preferred.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, etc.).
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Customer-centric approach with good coordination abilities.
