Job summary

Infinite Tirupati Glass is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordination professional to manage end-to-end order flow from PO receipt to dispatch. You will maintain MIS across orders, bookings, dispatch and collections, coordinating with Sales, Purchase, Finance and Logistics for smooth execution.

You will track POs, proforma invoices, quantities, prices and delivery schedules, ensure production readiness and timely dispatch, and generate daily to monthly sales MIS including targets vs

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales processes end-to-end, from PO receipt to dispatch.
• Ability to track POs, proforma invoices, quantities, prices and delivery schedules.
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting sales MIS and reports.
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM and Excel-based data management.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end sales coordination and order tracking from PO receipt to final dispatch.
• Maintain Order Booking, Pending Order, Dispatch, Sales & Collection MIS.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Logistics and Dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
• Track customer POs, Proforma Invoices, order quantities, prices and committed delivery schedules.
• Follow up on production readiness and ensure timely dispatch against customer commitments.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly Sales MIS, including Target vs Achievement reports.
• Maintain customer-wise and salesperson-wise sales, pending order and dispatch reports.
• Track customer outstanding, payment status and collection follow-ups in coordination with Finance.
• Share timely order and dispatch updates with the Sales team and customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data in ERP/CRM/Excel.
• Highlight critical pending orders, dispatch delays, payment issues and other concerns to management.
• Support the Sales team with data, reports and analysis required for management reviews.
