Job summary

Holekart is seeking a customer support representative in Gurugram district, Haryana. You will handle inquiries across Instagram, WhatsApp, email and phone, assist with orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges and refunds, and provide product information including size and availability.

You will also make outbound follow-ups and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues. You will maintain records of interactions, ensuring a polite, professional, and customer-friendly experience at all times,
