HDFC Life in Bengaluru is seeking a senior Bancassurance leader to manage a team of sales professionals and drive targets via bancassurance partnerships with banks. You will shape and execute plans to grow life insurance penetration, and work with branch and relationship managers to uncover new business opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 8–13 years in bancassurance or insurance sales, with strong banking product knowledge and a proven history of meeting sales goals through strategic leadership.
