Job summary

Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Jaipur seeks a senior sales leader to drive bancassurance partnerships and life insurance penetration across the circle. You will work with banking partners, Circle Heads, and Branch Managers to maximize channel activation and revenue generation.

The role requires 8–15+ years in life insurance, strong experience in Open Architecture partnerships, and proven capability to lead large teams including Cluster Managers and Relationship Managers.

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years in Life Insurance, Bancassurance and Banking Alliances.
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM or related certifications preferred.
• Strong expertise in bank partnerships and leading large sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive life insurance penetration and meet premium/revenue targets across the assigned circle.
• Build and nurture relationships with Banking Partners, Circle Heads and Branch Managers to maximize channel activation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: Typically 8 to 15+ years in the Life Insurance industry, specifically within Bancassurance and Banking Alliances.
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline; Post-graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) or certifications are preferred.
• Skills: Strong expertise in Open Architecture partnerships, strategic bank collaboration, and large-scale team management.
