Job summary

BIG Apollo Spectra Hospitals in Patna, Bihar invites an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to drive patient referral growth, OPD admissions, and revenue targets in the region. You will build strong ties with doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners, and expand referral networks through field visits and regular follow-ups.

Willingness to travel across the territory and 1–5 years of healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• 1 to 5 years of experience preferably in healthcare, hospitals, pharmaceuticals, or medical services.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and achieve assigned patient referral, OPD, admission & revenue targets.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and analyze local market trends.
• Develop territory-wise business plans and monitor performance through regular MIS reporting.
