Job summary

Apollo Hospitals in Chennai region is seeking a dynamic Referral Sales & Marketing Lead to drive growth through strategic referral networks. You will build lasting relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate partners while expanding the hospital's referral network and ensuring smooth operations across departments.

The role requires hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, field visits, CME events, and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital referral management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute referral sales and marketing strategies to increase referrals and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners.
• Identify and expand the hospital's referral network.
• Coordinate with consultants and operational teams for smooth referral management.
• Conduct field visits to referral partners and providers.
• Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, health camps, and promotional activities.
• Monitor referral trends and market intelligence to improve performance.
• Ensure timely communication and service support to referral partners.
• Lead branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility.
• Track referral conversions and prepare monthly business reports.
• Lead and mentor the referral sales and marketing team.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, corporates, and institutional clients.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.
• Support digital marketing and outreach for referral growth.

• Identify new referral opportunities and expand the hospitals referral network.
• Coordinate with consultants, specialty departments, and operational teams to ensure smooth referral management.
• Conduct regular field visits to referral partners and healthcare providers.
• Organize CMEs, doctor engagement programs, health camps, awareness initiatives, and promotional activities.
• Monitor referral trends, competitor activities, and market intelligence to improve business performance.
• Ensure timely communication, feedback, and service support to referral partners.
• Develop branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen hospital visibility and reputation.
• Track referral conversion, patient feedback, and business performance metrics.
• Prepare MIS reports, referral analysis, and monthly business development reports.
• Lead and mentor the referral sales and marketing team to achieve organizational targets.
