Job summary

Pronk Multiservice is seeking a proactive sales coordinator to generate new quotations, chase POs and vendor registrations, and drive monthly, quarterly and yearly targets. You will prepare and update the Daily Sales Report (DSR) for management and maintain regular contact with customers.

The role focuses on regenerating business from existing clients, aiming to expand lashing, multi-wrapping and transportation services, with upfront payment targets.

Responsibilities

• Generating new customer quotation by keeping target as 50 % of total quotation report.
• Follow-up for the customer PO & Vendor registration.
• Generate new sales to achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly target.
• Prepare and update DSR (Daily Sales Report) to Management.
• Regenerate business forms our customer mater list by calling and meeting them regularly.
• Finishing all PRONK customers update every month regularly within 15 days.
• Generate more lashing business as per the target.
• Generate more multi wrapping business as per the target.
• Generate transportation business as per target.
• Trading of all consumables with upfront payment targets.
