• Transaction handling: Performing daily cash and non-cash banking transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Customer service: Providing general banking information, resolving customer queries promptly, and ensuring a positive, professional experience to foster loyalty.
• Operational support: Assisting with branch operations, including gold loan processing, disbursement processes, and verifying loan reports.
• Sales & cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Compliance & accuracy: Maintaining high accuracy in all processes and ensuring compliance with banking procedures.
• Loan processing: Loan disbursement processing for LAP, housing loan, gold loan, and individual loans.
