Job summary

Jana Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a Banking Operation Executive (BCSDO) for multiple locations in Maharashtra. The role involves handling daily banking transactions, delivering customer service, and supporting branch operations from Jalgaon to Palghar and beyond. Immediate joiners preferred with salary up to 4 LPA.

The position focuses on processing loans, cross-selling products, and maintaining strict compliance and accuracy in all tasks within the Operations department.

Responsibilities

• Transaction Handling: Performing daily cash and non-cash banking transactions with speed and accuracy.
• Customer Service: Providing general banking information, resolving customer queries promptly, and ensuring a positive, professional experience to foster loyalty.
• Operational Support: Assisting with branch operations, which may include tasks related to gold loan processing, disbursement processes, and verifying loan reports.
• Sales & Cross-selling: Identifying opportunities to promote and cross-sell other banking products and services.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Maintaining high standards of accuracy in all processes and ensuring compliance with banking procedures.
• Loan Processing: Loan disbursement processing, LAP, Housing loan, Gold loan, Individual loan.
