Job summary

Green Fab Technology is seeking a Civil Billing & Quantity Surveying professional to prepare and verify RA/client/subcontractor bills, measure quantities against drawings and BOQ, and maintain detailed cost records. You will coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and clients to certify bills and support timely project invoicing.

The role requires 2–8 years of experience in construction billing with strong knowledge of BOQ estimation, rate analysis, and ERP/billing software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering required.
• 2–8 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, and rate analysis.
• Experience in client billing, contractor billing, and reconciliation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify RA bills, client bills, and subcontractor/vendor bills.
