Job summary

Auravision Constructions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineering graduate with hands-on experience in quantity surveying, billing, and site execution to manage RA/ final bills, MB records, and rate analysis on government and infrastructure projects.

The role requires accurate quantity take-offs, BBS preparation, and adherence to CPWD/PWD specs. Strong Excel and AutoCAD skills, plus good coordination with clients and subcontractors, are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, and Site Execution.
• Good knowledge of CPWD/PWD specifications, BOQ, tender documents, and government contract procedures.
• Experience in quantity take-off, RA billing, MB preparation, rate analysis, BBS, and material reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Item Rate Billing: Prepare, submit, and track RA bills and final bills as per quoted item rates and tender specifications.
• Measurement Book (MB) Management: Record daily site measurements in the MB and coordinate with JE/AE/EE for verification and signing.
• Rate Analysis for Extra Items: Prepare rate analysis, justifications, and cost estimates for deviations, variations, and extra items beyond the original scope.
• Quantity Take-off: Extract quantities from structural and architectural drawings.
• Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare accurate BBS for reinforcement steel and monitor steel consumption to minimize wastage.
• Sub-Contractor Billing: Verify and process monthly bills of sub-contractors and petty contractors based on actual site progress and measurements.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain quality test reports, joint measurement records (JMR), amendment sheets, and other documentation required for smooth bill processing and clearance.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of CPWD/PWD specifications and general conditions of government contracts.
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and billing-related spreadsheets.
• AutoCAD: Proficient in AutoCAD for checking drawings, site layouts, dimensions, and quantity measurements.
