Zyon Digital Solutions is hiring a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team in Kondapur/Suchitra for US night shifts. You will drive talent acquisition for bench consultants, submit candidates to open roles, and negotiate rates with vendors and clients.

The role requires strong communication, visa knowledge, and a proactive, target-driven mindset. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, build partner relationships, and maintain the candidate database to ensure steady placements in the US IT

Qualifications

• Experience in US IT staffing and recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed).
• Understanding of US visa types (OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, USC, EAD).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Bench Sales Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Marketbench consultants(H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to vendors and direct clients.
• Submit consultants to open requirements and negotiate rates.
• Build strong relationships with implementation partners and vendors.
• Track consultant submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain database and ensure consistent consultant marketing.

Requirements:

• Experience inUS IT Staffing / Recruitment preferred.
