Responsibilities include market bench consultants via portals and networks, sourcing requirements from vendors and clients, managing submissions, interviews and onboarding, negotiating rates, and maintaining ATS/CRM records.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of bench sales/US IT recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing market.
• Familiar with H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD & TN.

Position: Bench Sales Recruiter & US IT Recruiter

Work Mode: Onsite

Experience: 2-4 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote bench consultants through job portals, LinkedIn, and vendor networks.
• Source requirements from vendors, implementation partners, prime vendors, and direct clients.
• Manage consultant submissions, interviews, follow-ups, and onboarding.
• Negotiate rates and placement terms.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and clients.
• Track consultant availability, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems.

Required Skills

• 24 years of experience in US Bench Sales & US IT Recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the US staffing market
• Understanding of H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD & TN
• Experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, JobDiva/Ceipal, and other job portals
• Strong skills in consultant marketing, submissions, vendor management, and rate negotiation
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of W2, C2C & 1099 hiring models preferred
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
