Job summary

AX6 Security Services Private Limited is seeking a result-driven B2B Sales Executive (Security Services) to drive new business with corporate clients. You will generate leads, conduct cold calls and meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts for guard, PSO, and related security services.

Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth deployment after contract closure and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, Google Maps, online platforms, references, and other sources.
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, factories, warehouses, offices, residential societies, and commercial establishments.
• Contact decision-makers such as Admin Managers, Facility Managers, Purchase Managers, and Business Owners.
• Promote security guard, bouncer, PSO, and other security services offered by the company.
• Understand client requirements and identify new business opportunities.
• Arrange client meetings and site visits to assess manpower requirements.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service contracts with prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, service terms, and commercial agreements with clients.
• Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed business contracts.
• Maintain a database of leads, client details, follow-ups, and sales pipeline status.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth manpower deployment after contract closure.
