Qualifications

• BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA is required/preferred.
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is required.
• Residential facility experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Planning and attending shutdowns as per client requirements.
• Identification and implementation of safe working practices.
• Ensure maintenance activities of electromechanical equipment, transformers, HT & LT lines, panels, DGs, UPS, HVAC, WTP, STP, firefighting system, achieving high uptime.
• Liaison with Govt. Agencies viz PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.
• Preparation of transition checklists for all MEP.
• HOTO preparation and execution per site requirements.
• Snagging and de-snagging of complete MEP system per site standards.
• Preparation and implementation of 52-week preventive maintenance schedule.
• For every electro-mechanical equipment/system.Follow up with AMC vendor to attend breakdown as per contract SLA.
• CCTV, access control systems maintenance.
• Coordination with client and vendor for renewal of AMC.

1. Planning and Attending shutdown as per clientrequirements. 2. Identification & implementation Safeworking practices. 3.
