Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance in Gujarat seeks an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager for Field Sales - Agency Channel. You will recruit Life Advisors, train them, and jointly engage in field activities to generate leads and sell life insurance products.

You will build lasting relationships with customers and advisors to ensure sustainable business growth, while driving monthly targets and enjoying lucrative incentives on top of the CTC.

Qualifications

• Minimum graduate degree or equivalent education.
• Good learning ability; ready to learn, adapt and implement.
• Strong reasoning; able to calculate, analyse and understand data points.
