Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager for its Field Sales - Agency Channel. You will recruit Life Advisors/Agents, train and nurture them, and lead joint field activities to drive growth.

You will generate leads, sell life insurance products, build lasting relationships with customers and advisors, and work toward monthly targets in a performance‑driven environment with lucrative incentives and a well-defined growth path.
