Job summary

Kotak Life Insurance is seeking an Associate Recruitment & Development Manager for field sales in the Agency Channel in Ahmedabad. You will recruit Life Advisors/Agents and train them while collaborating on field activities to generate leads and close sales of life insurance products.

You will build lasting relationships with customers and advisors, drive performance against monthly targets, and contribute to the growth of the agency channel through structured growth paths and incentives.
