Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Admin cum Accounts Head to oversee the organizations administrative operations and accounting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, financial documentation, statutory compliance, office administration, vendor management, and coordination with management and external stakeholders.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring timely statutory compliance, and supporting management with financial and operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, and fund requirements.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Manage invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory payments, filings, and compliance requirements.
- Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Administration
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities as required.
- Manage office expenses, stationery, assets, maintenance, utilities, and general facilities.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and other external agencies.
- Maintain company records, agreements, licenses, and important documents.
- Support recruitment, attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, and employee documentation as required.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, official correspondence, and other administrative requirements.
Compliance & Management Support
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, labour, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Provide management with accurate financial and administrative information for decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, employee, and business information.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CA Inter / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance applicable to the organization.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in accounts and administration.
- Experience in independently handling accounts and office administration will be preferred.
- Experience coordinating with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and statutory authorities is desirable.

Compensation
Salary: 1200000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
