Job summary

Illusion Dental Laboratory is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end hiring across plant and corporate levels in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The role covers bulk hiring, plant-level recruitment, and lateral hires while coordinating with plant HR and leadership teams.

You will oversee stakeholder communications, schedule interviews, and maintain recruitment data and reports to track KPIs. This position emphasizes candidate experience and efficient hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing till joining
• Bulk Hiring: Plan and execute bulk recruitment for plant and operational roles
• Plant Hiring: Handle recruitment for plant-level roles and coordinate with plant HR and leadership
• Lateral Hiring: Use multiple social platforms and conduct initial HR screening to shortlist candidates
• Stakeholder Management: Work with business heads, plant managers, and HR teams to understand hiring priorities and provide regular updates
• Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews and ensure smooth interview processes and candidate experience
• Data Management & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and monitor metrics like TAT and cost per hire

• Coordinate with hiring managers for role clarification and candidate evaluation.

Bulk Hiring

• Plan and execute bulk recruitment for plant and operational roles.
• Maintain recruitment timelines to meet urgent manpower requirements.

Plant Hiring

• Handle recruitment for plant-level roles such
• Coordinate closely with plant HR and plant leadership teams.

Lateral Hiring

• Use multiple social platforms.
• Conduct initial HR screening and shortlist candidates based on job fit.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business heads, plant managers, and HR teams to understand hiring priorities.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports.

Recruitment Coordination

• Schedule interviews and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth interview processes and candidate experience.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
• Monitor recruitment metrics like TAT, cost per hire, and source effectiveness.
