Job summary

TP in Mumbai is looking for an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition to lead a growing recruitment team at our Malad location. The role requires driving end-to-end hiring, coordinating interviews, and refining sourcing strategies across portals, referrals, and social networks.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, monitor recruitment metrics, and ensure timely closures for multiple roles in a fast-paced BPO environment. Day shift, on-site work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BPO.
• Proven ability to lead a recruiting team.
• Strong sourcing via portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple openings with deadlines.

Working days: 6 days working | 1 week-off

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensure productivity and timely closures.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interview coordination, data management, etc.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and understand hiring requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, team performance, TAT and hiring targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.
• Strong team management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent sourcing, negotiation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience sourcing through job portals - Naukri, LinkedIn
• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deliver within defined timelines.
