Job summary

Blue Star in India is seeking a Branch Channel Sales professional with 2–5 years of experience in VRF and ducted systems to drive growth. You will manage booking, billing, collections and VA, while ensuring profitability and productivity of the branch through decisive leadership.

The role requires building partner networks with interior designers, architects and consultants to generate leads and develop channel partnerships. A BE in Mechanical is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of channel sales experience in VRF and ducted systems.

Responsibilities

• Booking, billing, collections and VA of the branch as per ABP.
• Operate branch in a profitable manner.

• Guide the team by leading from the front and identify and groom the second-in-line area Manager.
