Job summary

Blue Star in Bengaluru seeks an experienced sales leader to drive branch performance in channel sales for VRF and ducted systems. You will oversee booking, billing, collections, and value-added activities while ensuring profitable branch operation.

Lead from the front, mentor the team, nurture channel partners, and build a network with interior designers, architects, and consultants to generate qualified leads and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 8–13 years of channel sales experience in VRF & Ducted systems.
• BE in Mechanical is required.
• Must have team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Booking, Billing, Collections and VA of the branch.
• Operate branch in a profitable manner.
• Ensure the productivity of the branch as per the desired level.
• Guide the Team by leading from the Front and groom the second-in-line Area Manager.
• Nurture and Develop the channels partners to drive the business.
• Network with interior designers, architects, consultants to generate leads.

3.Ensure the productivity of the branch as per the desired level.

4.Guide the Team by leading from the Front also identify and groom second in line area Manager.

5.Nurture and Develop the various Channels Partners to drive the business.

6. Network and connect with Interior Designers, Architect, consultants to generate leads.

Preferred candidate profile:

• You should hold B.E in Mechanical.
• A proven track record of 8 - 13 years in channel sales - VRF & Ducted.
• Team Leading experience.
