Job summary

Trac Fujico Air Systems is seeking a proactive sales professional in Hyderabad to drive enquiries and bookings for turnkey centralized HVAC solutions including chillers, VRF, ventilation and allied systems. The role involves direct client visits, engagement with consultants and architects, and aggressive outreach to prospective customers.

The candidate should be proficient in English and the local language, have strong presentation skills, and be willing to travel to other locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Target to generate more enquiries for booking orders for turnkey centralized HVAC systems (both high-side & lowside) including chillers and chilled water systems, VRF systems, ventilation, air washers, dehumidifiers, scrubbers, etc.
• Both product selling & projects selling.
• Direct visits to new buildings under construction.
• Direct visits to consultants, architects, PMCs, industries & commercial clients.
• Explore with all prospective clients.
• Target based marketing.
• Follow bidding procedures promptly and handle bids both technically and commercially.
• Responsible for target based order bookings.

Target to generate more enquiries for Booking the orders for Turnkey Centralized HVAC system (both Hiside & lowside) including Chillers & Chilled water system, VRF system, Ventilation system, Air washers, dehumidifiers, Scrubbers, etc

Both Product Selling & Projects Selling

Direct Visits to new buildings under construction

Direct Visits to the Consultants, Architects, PMCs., Industries & Commercial clients

Explore with all the prospective clients

Target based Marketing

To make lively approach with all the clients for the benefit of the company

To follow the Bidding procedures promptly

To handle the bids both technically and commercially

Responsible for Target based Order Booking

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent communication skills in English and local language

Able to impress the clients

Good presentation skills & Memory power

Passionate to meet more people and more travelling

Readiness to travel to other locations / outstations as & when required for the prospect of the company

Having Exposure to HVAC / MEP / Engineering / Mechanical Projects / Products will be preferred

Having two wheeler for the local travelling ( official travel cost will be refunded)
