Job summary

Securekloud Technologies Limited is seeking a dynamic senior process associate for our International Voice Process team in Coimbatore. This role requires handling US-based customers, delivering strong sales and service, and working night shifts from our Coimbatore office.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year of US international voice experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to meet individual and team targets while using CRM tools and internal systems.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a US International Voice Process.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer handling skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience handling international customers is mandatory.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.

Responsibilities

This role requires working in the US Night Shift from our Coimbatore office.
